🥜 About Our Products

Yes — every Bonita product is made from carefully selected natural or certified organic ingredients. We never add sugar, artificial oils, preservatives, hormones or GMOs. What you see on the label is exactly what's inside the jar.

Oil separation is completely natural and is actually a sign of quality — it means there are no artificial emulsifiers or stabilisers in the product. Simply stir the butter well before use and store the jar upside down to minimise separation.

Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Once opened, we recommend keeping the jar in the refrigerator to preserve freshness and extend shelf life. Always use a clean, dry spoon.

The best-before date is printed on every jar. Unopened, our butters last up to 12 months. Once opened, we recommend consuming within 2–3 months for best taste and quality.

Yes — all Bonita nut butters are 100% plant-based and suitable for vegans and vegetarians. They are also gluten-free (please check individual labels for allergen information regarding nut cross-contamination).

Absolutely. Our products contain no added sugar, artificial colours or preservatives, making them an excellent choice for children's nutrition. However, please be mindful of nut allergies and consult your paediatrician if unsure.

📦 Orders & Delivery

We currently deliver within North Macedonia only. We are working on expanding our delivery to the region in the future — follow us on social media for updates.

Orders are delivered within 1–2 business days from the moment your order is confirmed. You will receive a notification once your order has been dispatched.

We accept secure online payment by credit or debit card (Visa, Mastercard). All transactions are processed through an encrypted, secure payment gateway to protect your personal information.

If you need to cancel or modify your order, please contact us as soon as possible at info@bonita-vita.com. We will do our best to accommodate changes before the order is dispatched.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours at info@bonita-vita.com with a photo of the package and product. We will resolve the issue promptly with a replacement or refund.

1–2 business days from order confirmation. Orders placed before 12:00 noon are typically processed the same day.
