3. Orders and Purchasing
Purchasing through our website is simple and secure. After successfully completing an order, you will receive a confirmation email. Bonita reserves the right to cancel or refuse an order if the product is currently out of stock or if there is a suspicion of misuse.

4. Prices and Payment Methods
All prices on the website are expressed in Macedonian Denars (MKD) and include Value Added Tax (VAT). The delivery cost is not included in the basic price of the product and is calculated additionally at checkout. Payment can be made:
Electronically, by payment card.

5. Delivery
Delivery is carried out throughout the entire territory of the Republic of North Macedonia via partner courier services. The delivery timeframe is usually within 2 business days following the order confirmation.

6. Complaints and Product Returns
Since Bonita products fall into the food category, returning or exchanging products after they have been opened is not possible for health and hygiene reasons, except in the following cases:
– If a wrong product has been delivered to you.
– If the product is damaged during transport or the packaging is compromised.
– If the product has an expired shelf life upon receipt.
In these cases, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the shipment at info@bonita-vita.com, attaching photos, so we can send you a replacement at our expense.
